Cassava Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cassava
  • 1 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

Directions

  1. Combine cassave, sugar and coconut milk in a bowl.
  2. Grease baking tray and add mixture.
  3. Pre heat oven to 400 degree farenheight.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. The cake should be firm and moist. If not, bake a little longer.
