This is a simple healthy dish which is made even better if you use fresh organic spinach.
- 15-20 spinach leaves, washed
- 5-6 button mushrooms, diced
- 5 cloves of garlic, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Half onion, diced
- Thin sphaghetti
- Cheddar Cheese
- Half a bottle of pasta sauce
Cook sphaghetti in salted water and drain. Brown onions, then add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender, then add spinach leaves and cooked sphaghetti. Cook until spinach leaves are tender. Add pasta sauce. Serve on plate with shredded cheese and drizzle over with olive oil.
